Hi there! So far I have uploaded five mods as of June 7, 2010!

Now this one I don't have a photo because It is a .ini hack that edits the tech reaserch packs in the game so they come later in the timeline. Useful when trying to make more old color movies with better props. It also makes the latex head and makeup addons appear in 1945.
This mod is best used
Here is the basics:
The "Starter Tech" is released in 1945, instead of 1931.
This gives more time for those crummy B&W films!
The "Basic Tech" is released in 1949, instead of 1937.
It just makes those early techs seem more realistic, so they don't come so fast!
The "Functional Tech" is released in 1963, instead of 1945.
Since this new color film is not so good, it'll be out of the way for a while.
The "Intermediate Tech" is released in 1967, instead of 1950.
Well, Crane shots arn't that important, so they will be delayed a little.
The "Quality Tech" is relesed in 1972 instead of 1962.
The new color film stock will be a bit later this time!
The "High Quality Tech" is released in 1979, instead of 1969.
Good sound was meant to be later in the timeline.
The "Advanced Tech" is released in 1989, instead of 1979.
Its not so advanced now, is it?
The "Super Tech" is released in 1995, instead of 1985.
Delays this good film technology a little.
The "Ultimate Tech" is released in 1998, instead of 1991.
Well thats not too bad, only 7 years difference!
And The "Ultimate Sci-Fi" is released in 1999, instead of 1996.
This was edited so it does not come before the cgi tyechnology.
And thats about it...

Another makeup mod just like the "Turning Green" mod, its the same mod but instead the heads are blue. Contains 2 files: a blue mask and a blue head. Enjoy!

This my first attempt at making my own in-game photos. I did it by overwriting the police badge texture and putting a photo in .dds format in its place.
This mod contains a photo of a teenager, good for those search and rescue films.
If you want your own custum photobadge mod send me a PM and I'll be happy to make it for you.
The photo will be scaled down to 69 pixels wide and 128 pixels high. That means the picture MUST be a portrait (Vertical Alignment) Remember, This mod will
overwrite the Police Badge Texture!
